The Black Diamond welcome’s you to our 2015-2016 ski season. Opening night is Thursday November 26th!!

Gearing up for skiing is like gearing up for eating. This season Christmas comes early with our Celebration of Trees. Come by and check out the diamond glitter at the top of our Christmas tree. Enjoy a sip of our homemade hot chocolates, apple cider, handcrafted cocktails, Gluhwein, and new this season "Boozy Shakes." 

Baked Bavarian Pretzels are selling out quickly. Stop by and “Catch the Trend: Winterized Alfresco Dining” Bavarian pretzel and a local craft beer. Perfect!

Chef Shaun knows that Happiness is Homemade….his new tasty dinner creations include a Thai Coconut Curry Prawn Bowl, a Shanghai Noodles Sensation, and a Seared Mahi Mahi. Our new selection of steaks include 10 & 14oz. New York, 6 & 9oz. Top Sirloin, and a 12oz. Ribeye. Ask for your steak cooked "Chicago Style" Delish! Perfection comes at the end of the night with Chef Shaun’s dessert specialty Crème Brulee.

We have gingerbread cookies available for children to have fun icing and decorating.
